I ordered an Apple Ipod touch 5th Generation (32 GB) through itechseries.com and paid a sum of $179.99 through amazon payments. I havent received any product yet. I tried to contact them but to no avail. I even sent an email to them but they havent responded yet. I filed a complaint on amazon payments for the payment I made but they replied saying that they cannot resolve this issue and I will have to contact the company and do that.
I dont know what to do. I want my money back.
