My complaint is similar to the others reported. Originally ordered a free sample of their products. Then received another shipment on Jan 26th and was charged on my Visa Card. As I am in Ontario Canada, I was also charged customs fees of $20.00. I did not order this product. I called the Company about this situation and they agreed to send the infor re returning the product and to credit my Visa. I still do not have the info.
