I am writing to you to file a formal complaint against Mcreasoft Solutions of La Mesa, CA. The product I bought from this company was called Hyperpress. The price of the software was $1,191.00. I bought it on the 15th of February. Mcreasoft closed down the software in May. The product was advertised on the internet. It was advertised from January to May. I signed a contract. I will try to include a copy. I have written to them over 200 times requesting my money back. I have not contacted any other agency. I have not hired an attorney. I have not filed a lawsuit. I would like to have my money refunded.
