I got a loan for $250.00 (which I never applied directly so I don't know how they got my info) and then realized they were taking $75 out of my account every other week and my principle amount wasn't going down. I did researched and learned that they're not licensed to do business in CA making my contract with them not valid. I emailed and told them this and that I am only responsible to pay the principle amount of the loan which is $250.00 and that they owe me the difference of $675.00. They called me and threaten to take me to court if I did not pay $250.00 more. I reported them to BBB and Attorney General. Still no refund of my overpayment...
