I also paid for shipping and handling for a 'free' watch and was later charged $98. After I noticed the charge I called the company. They said I had agreed to terms that were not true. I returned the watch via registered mail. I called the bank card and gave them the registered mail number and told them that the company had received and accepted the returned watch. The bank card refunded my money. I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.
