I also was scammed almost exactly like the person above - right down to the vanishing info page & thinking the order did not go through. My understanding is that I was ordering a 'trial offer' bottle & would be billed for shipping. Bank is starting a fraud case & won't pay them. Maybe got lucky because the transaction must have not cleared yet.
