Miscellaneous

After seeking some short term credit loans for my business. I received a Call from Tony Hartman at Paydayloansofamerica. Letting me know he secured a loan of $9,500. Due to my credit it would require a "good faith" or "deposit" payment to be returned at the same time the $9500 would be wired into my account. The request was for $630. It needed to be provided by a "Vanilla" payment card, they could not accept my debit card... And now I know why... Only moments after paying the $630 and being told congrats, funds will be transfered in less than 2 hours. I was called to be told, we are sorry, there is a "Red Flag" on your name and acct, so we can not deposit the funds. They stated I would need to pay an additional $770 to have them "remove the flags" and then the money would be deposited with no further problems... I guess lucky for me, after they said this is the only way to refund your money is to pay more, I stated I would call them back. I reserched and found this site. What a scam, these guys are really really low. Praying on those in need, looking for real answers, knowing we are "broke" they gladly come to work every day and rip of hard working Americans. I will be looking in every possible direction to have this company shut down, and monies returned to those whom have been Cheated..
