I had ordered 2 pairs of black boots in November hoping to receive it before christmas. Since, that did not happen, I called repeatedly only to be told that they have shipped it and even assured me that they have mailed it.
Today, I get a packet in my mailbox with a pair of some cheap looking black boots. What a joke???
It did not look anything like what I had ordered online.
I am totally disappointed with this company and I am never going to shop with them and will advise my friends NEVER to shop with them ever.
I felt totally cheated!!
