April I was in the process of opening a day care. I began getting calls from credit card processing companies.in the mist of that trying to pass codes and permits on the building. At this time pressure, stress and depression develops. I was constantly telling different companies I cannot sign at this moment. I also informed Micheal Hopkins that I am having trouble passing the codes and permits and I should not sign because of that and the contract print is so tiny I cannot read it. Micheal Hopkins and his unfair deceptive practice mislead me by stating with confidence, "sign the papers, you do not need to read it and if the check reader is not being used return it, no question asked, you won't be billed... I did what he requested and returned the equipment readers back to the company. Mr. Hopkins then stated, "Why pay for something you are not using, furthermore, the office will see that it is not receiving credit card or checks to be processed."
A misleading omission occurs when information is not disclosed to me as a reasonable consumer.
I have received an Amnesty slip from Mr. Neil Scott, Pre-Legal Account Manager. I have asked them to stop calling and sending letters to the school it is under new management. I am no longer there, they continues. Now they are tell me to pay in full which is approx. $1,600. Unfair deceptive practice affecting me as a consumer.
Hardship is what I am facing right now.
