Tried to purchase a car & was literally taken for for the down payment & sold a defective car. I continued to complained & asked the bank for help but they said after i signed the papers it was the dealers choice to let me out of the contract. After 2 weeks the dealer took the first defective car back & told me i had to give him more money to get out of the deal because pa law doesn't require him to refund money. Theres a whole lot of underhanded things going on.
