Over the past year, larry loan finance company and nanda kumar have promised me a loan. Originally it was supposed to be a $ then $5000, then finally a $10,000 loan. Kumar kept asking for more money for different reasons. I, like a total idiot, kept sending him money. I have paid a total of $7580 including fees. He is still asking me for money for bank fees to finish the transaction. This has caused me great financial difficulties and has forced me to file bankruptcy. He sent me copies of his driver's license, his loan officer certificate, and other useless agreements. I have every email he sent me and i sent him, along with a pile of western union receipts. At one time i also communicated with a barrister ruth. She only referred to herself as barr ruth; never gave me a last name. She did send me a picture of herself when i asked her for some identification. Kumar at one time told me his boss had passed away when i asked him for my money back and because of this, he couldn't send me my money back. His boss' name was larry maxwell. But i believe larry maxwell and nanda kumar are the same person. To this day, he still tries to entice me with “just one payment and i promise you will get your money.” i’ve heard that a million times, and me, like a total idiot, kept sending him money. But now, i realize this has got to stop. I have not sent him any more money for about a month but he still calls me asking for money to finish the transaction. He tells me after i get the $10,000, because of all the “problems, i won’t have to pay the loan back. Please help me get my $7580 back. I have ms and have been disabled for 12 years and really need the money back. I shouldn't have been so stupid. Please help me! Thanks!
