I was on Amazon on 1/9 when a pop up came for MiuMilano jewlery. The big ad said all i would have to do is pay $9.99 for shipping and handling and that would be all. I got my earrings which i have not yet taken out of the box yet.By 1/21 i had a $98 charge from this company on my bank statement. I called the company to complain. I asked for a refund and told them i would even ship the unworn jewlery back. I emailed the company as well letting them know that i was a single mother, and could not afford such charges. Both responses were that i was not going to be getting my refund even if i returned the item. They said in the tiny fine print in the terms and conditions it stated after a 14 day trial your card would be charged the full amount of the product. First off, i only had the product 12 days and second, if this information was clearly stated on the initial pop up, i would have never even signed up. Also, when i called the company they informed me that not only was i charged $98 for the earrings, but i was also enrolled to receive monthly products from them and my card would been charged $49 a month for this. Again, i was unaware. This company is a scam and does not clearly state whats expected of you. They are misleading. Please dont fall into this trap!
