Received letter stating that they had buyer for my Las Vegas Timeshare, Grandview. They said that they had a 20% downpayment in hand and a signed contract for the sale. I then recieved a letter from Jacob Wilson, Customer Service Manager congratulating me on the sale of my time share, nice touch. They needed the sum of $2485.00 to cover processing costs, which would be refunded at closing. The sale did not exist. I understand for the Utah Attorney General's office that the company purchased a business in SLC to have an address other than Florida address.
