My son was playing a y8 game called bad ice cream, when he was done and pressed an arrow next to search bar the porn site popped up. When he tried to exit, wierd adverisement poppped-up and followed by this notice that his computer is blocked and that he needs to pay $200.00 to unblock. I need to speak with a person, not somebody giving my 12 years old son a bill. I never believe this goverment to do this and truly believe that this is a scam.

If this co. Meant to collect, they better provide us more information of what my son did
and i need to know what exactly happened so i can make sure this will not happen again.

I had him redo what he did last night but this time it is not doing the same thing.

Please advice.
