I was on E-Bay, and a survey for E-Bay poped up. It said if I take the survey I get a free gift of my choice. I has to only pay for shipping. Well I did this three times. I am now being billed $98.00 times three, $294.00. I was also billed separately for the shipping. I asked for a refund, and reported them to E-Bay.
