200.00 was requested by this representative of Payday Advance America to prove in good faith that I had 200.00 and could repay a loan in the amount of 5,000. (my original request was only for 2,500 but they up the amount). Anyway he the false rep named Paul asked me to get a Visa Green Dot Card to verify the 200.00 available. When I got that card he switched to asking for a Green Dot Money Pac card. He insisted the loan would go through immediately and requesting a check routing number. He was able to tell the name of the bank immediately. Then he asked for the numbers on the back of the money pac card. Then there was a pause, a placement on hold etc... Then Paul came back on the line in a over stated good mood. He asked if the Hindu word Chante was known. It wasn't. Upon asking about the transfer of the loan he repeated the "You know the word Chante in Hindu?" Right. Again it was stated no. The line went silent. An immediate call to green Dot Money Pac resulted in the card not being recognized by the numbers on the back. I assume as it was now empty. A call was made back to the number that was corresponded on for two days nonstop attempting to complete this transaction. A female answered and had no knowledge of Pay day Advance America or a man name Paul. Now I am out 200.00 that i borrowed and still do not have the money for the needed deposit etc for a new place. So the scam will now put me and my family onto the street as I have no way to repay who I borrowed from or get into something else. Praying on the desperate. Paul by the way did not have an American accent - so much for believing in opportunities for all. I assume Hasan or what ever Paul's real name is will laugh all the way to the bank and have some where to live and scam others. Desperate has now turned into anger and despair they win I loose and I am the one trying to work and make ends meet the stupid old American way through honest hard work. R with regrets
