I tried the service and did not get what it said it would do without wanting more money, I then canceled the service after being on the network for about an hour. I got a message that asked if I wanted to cancel and I said yes. You still took out for the seven day free which was $19.95 and you took out $29.95 as if I was keeping the service and I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Bottom line!!! Customer # 00164176
