Ripoff took money out of my account without authorization Refuses to close my account continues to harrass me

I received a phone call from this company and told them not to take any money from my bank account until I had thought it over and was sure and they assured me that they would not. I live on a very fixed income and cannot afford any extra money to be taken out of my bank account. They continue to send me reminder cards and threatening letters after the first payment was returned to me by the Georgia BBB.

My bank has been instructed to not release any more money. I am really getting tired of this and would appreciate any help in closing this account and stopping the constant harrassment. The people that call are very rude and assure me that they will get their money. Please help in any way that you can.
