Ripping off contractors for more money in fees Ripoff

I was as a partner in a construction company and I had co-owned and worked not only in the office but in the field.

After more than 5 years with this company I applied for my waiver of exam as outlined in the CSLB laws but they refused to honor my waiver and wanted me to apply for a new license and send in more money.

I refused because under CA Sate law I was entitled to a waiver of exam and the CSLB verbally informed me they would grant the waiver. I had not received anything from them so I called and they said they had changed their minds, which now means I will have to take all the tests again and pay a ton of fees.

The State is a rip-off and need to be held accountable for these actions and grant my waiver now.
