We met on black people meet we talked for about a month. Then he advised that he had to go to malaysia on business but said he lived in Washington Dc. He claim he was a engineer contractor and was going for a million dollar contract. He claim that he had problems with the documents and they required him to pay taxes. He said that he lost his bank card and was over there without any money. The bottom is that he scam me for $6,800. He tried to call me after however I would not answer his calls after I confronted him on being a liar. His cell number was 202-239-0165. He sound like he was from Africa. This guy is a personal I'm am not the only person I believe.in addition I have names of and the bank accout where I sent the money if you need the information. I want him in jail and do not want him to scam another victim.
