We applied for a loan modification and they pre-approved us. They asked for $2400 to begin the case. From Nov. 2011 till today we have not received any results from the case and after months of trying to reach them, we haven't gotten any follow up and the number seems that it is out of service.
I've now heard similar complaints from multiple people.
