Same thing happened to me. I put an order through in November for a skin care product. It never arrived, nor was my card debited (and no correspondence). Had a look on the internet early December and what was once everywhere was now nowhere to be found. Thought no more of it until the 20th December (yes, 5 days before Christmas!) when my account was debited $173.95. Got home from shopping and my flatmate had signed for a parcel for me - a set of hair curlers and a brush? Could only assume that is where they got my details from? I have short hair and use straighteners, even if I could use a curler - I would not pay almost $200 for one! Tried to ring the company - no go, no 'contact' button on their website. Decided it was not my problem having to chase them - their product is still boxed and ready to be sent back to them, at their expense. Meanwhile, I have set proceeding for the fraud investigation team from my bank.
