On several occasions I reported a leak to the dealer Chapman Ford in Marysville, OH. When I arrived in Florida the leak was worse so I had to have it fixed in Florida. On May 2nd sent copy of invoice and copies of service reports verifying I had reported this during warranty period to Chapman for reimbursement. Many communications were done with no results. Finally owner of Chapman advised to me send exactly what I had already provided. I did so on November 27. I have never heard anything.
