These guys have a fraud-over front, and good window dressing, extolling BBB references and charity affiliations to establish trust, having the ability to fund $500M per transaction (nudge-nudge, wink-wink, perhaps, possibly, maybe…with provision)

They will request upfront fees for ‘underwriting’ yet they have NO capacity to underwrite ' (Inappropriate Content Removed)'.

Expect to be churned and placated to exhaustion — ultimately it will be your fault they could not fund and the fees you’ve paid will be absconded.

Their primary broker is under investigation with the RECA. PCLC is being positioned for a class action lawsuit by a group in Calgary. Over $300K is missing.

White collar crime at it's best. Really solid guys. NOT Do not walk from these shmucks... Run!
