I was sent the mango seeds through JC Penny's marketing promotion. I was not allowed to decline this shipment and was told I would have to cancel after it was shipped. The phone number I called for a return authorization was 813 463 2450 and received a recording stating I would receive a return call. After 3 attempts there still has not been a return call and I want to return this item for credit. After 30 days I will be billed $79.50 for a 2 months supply.
