I purchased trial size on 12/17 believing trial was for one month. On 1/11 my credit card was charged with $84.78, which I thought at the time was for a subsequent bottle; I cancelled that order on 1/14 when I became aware of it. I have had several emails to the "support" address on their website, each of which has ended in frustration and futility. They have not issued credit for their unauthorized charge. Now my emails are only acknowledged with their "form letter". Telephone calls are only automated responses. I have written a letter, but I can find no address to where I can send it. Can you help me get my money back? I really cannot afford to spend $84.78. Seeing your website I am convinced this is a scam. Thank you for your help. Jane Reames
