I was offered a free watch through AOL for being a long-time customer and taking a quick survey. The shipping was $5.99. Well, 14 days later, I am being charged $98.00. When you call this company they claim they have no address, no customer service department, and it is impossible to return the item. Complete scam! Am working with my bank to reverse charges; what kind of people are out there doing this to honest American who are struggling right now???
