I have received 3 letters from them and each time i have to send $11.89 $3.00 the total money they said i have won were 3 million so then i went on the interent and found that it were a scam so thet I i wrote a complaint My ID# is614592977 the dollar amount is $27.78 but the last one i didn"t mail enerything
