I purchase a cappiocine / latte machine. I was defective i actually blue up in my face, and i had 2nd degree burns on my cheeks and forehead. I returned the unit which i paid credit card for. They said it would tyake only 70-10 days to for a eimbersemt. I perchased on the eleventh and it is now the 23 and now reimbersemt. I do not understand what is taking so long it only a mattr of pushing a fell button. And it isds beyond me why it is gtaking so.
