Terrible service and evasive when I asked the mangers name

I initially ordered cina sticks with my order and when the order arrived the cina sticks were not delivered. I found out that I wasn't charged for the cina sticks and it was agreed that the cina sticks would be delivered minus the delivery fee within the next 45 minutes. I waited about an hour and fifteen minutes and called the store back (my third call for the cina sticks) only to find out that the cina sticks were still not even sent out and that if I wanted them I would now have to pay the delivery fee, at this point I requested to speak with the manager and was told that the manager was too busy to speak to me. I told them not to send the cina sticks and voiced my dissatisfaction and ended the call. I called back one more time to get the managers name to make this complaint, I was then put on hold and had a very difficult time getting his name only after I said i would go to the dominoes location personally was his name given to me. His name is Yanell Ramos. I felt they were being very evasive and I was disrespected and at first I was only given his first name, I must have asked ten times before I got it. Terrible service!
