As I was doing an order and was waiting for the final chance to check what I was going to receive and then submit, I realized that the order had already been submitted. I imediately called customer service and Adam tried to offer me other deals. I finally told him to cancel, don't offer me anything and how deceitful the company was, not giving anyone a chance to see the order before submitted it. Finally he said he cancelled the order, but that I might receive a shipment because it has already been started. I have a comfirmation numberfor the cancellation, but why send the order and why state free sample, and then charge a fortune at first. Also the fine print also has you joining them monthly for a price. I have never been so disappointed on how this company deceives you.
