I too have been duped by this company! The same M. O as used with everyone else. Adding insult to injury, prior to finding this info out about the company, I gave them an additional $150 to extend the expiration date on my package in lieu of the $500 I originally paid! I called to book my trip and was told it would be an additional $200 and that wasn't garanteeing the properties would be available. The websites and phone numbers to reach people contantly are changing, you hardly are ever able to get a hold of anyone, and God forbid they return a phone call! When I called them on the complaints and requested a refund, I wad hung up on! Has anyone had and resolve or been refunded? As the adage goes " if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!
