I ordered a Prestige Aurora costume that was very expensive just in time for halloween expecting it to get here. I waited weeks and it never came. I tried calling their customer service line, and they emailed me back saying they had "refunded" it, but it was literally never put back on my card. It says a "Jesse Mullen" is in charge of the online company, but it never lists anything about him or a contact phone. Overall horrible experience, and it sucks to know people are out there like that scamming good people.
