I paid for the software on the computer with my cr. Card. Since then I have acquired another computer and have been on chat lines and phones to get it transferred to the new pc. There has been nothing accomplished and I am now wanting to cancel my subscription with Norton and get a refund.

Symantic corp. Bought Norton 360 2.0 from Office Depot installed it ran great for 5 months until Aug. 27th 2009. Virus controlled my scans and computer called norton and they wanted me to pay $99 after paying $80!
