Service Repeatedly Shut Off With Time Remaining After Buying Time Card

Straight talk wireless on several occasions after purchasing a time card has shut us down with time remaining in order to get more money from us. I am a 61 year old person w / several health issues as well as my husband suffering with Alzheimers. This is the only option for me because of health issues and costs surrounding these issues! This is highway robbery! I don't want something for nothing, I just want to be treated fairly. I believe this company is profiting of robbing our citizen's especially those in need!!! This is an outrage and should not be allowed to continue. What happened to fair trade? Every time this happens it takes hours to take care of and several people? What no humans?
