I ordered this product on 4/1.
Today i was told by my bank that there is a pending payment to Veloura for £74.95 but they can not cancel it as it is pending??? Not sure why it cant be cancelled. I have been trying to contact Veloura the past week to obtain the RMA number so i can return this item but the number they provided is not recognised and every other number i try is continuously engaged. Has anyone been sucessful in getting their money back. The bank said that once the money has come out of my account i can raise a dispute. Any help please?
