Like other people, after buying a steam mop from Thane direct, I inadvertently signed up to Lv8. They took £14.95 out of my account after one month. I have contacted them by phone, number 08000962925, and their agent has assured me my money will be refunded, and my subscription will be cancelled. I will be waiting with bated breath.
