I have recently checked my bank account and noticed the amount of $38.99 was deducted on 1/18, didn't know what this Utell Inc was so i looked it up online and i'm seeing tons of complaints, i went back to last month and there it was again on 12/20, i cannot reach anyone, calling my bank first thing in the morning - would love to know how they are getting into our bank accounts, from what i'm reading it is some kind of long distance dailing from my computer??? I don't even know how to do that crap, i'm also gonna run this by time - warner cable, since their my internet provider and see if they have heard anything about this..
