Myself and many others that worked for an out of state Promotional Company named Street Factory Media based in MN, referred us to Lynne C and Company to sign a nonexclusive contract to receive our paychecks from Street Factory Media. 3 weeks ago, I signed and filled out the correct address on the form and emailed and called Lynne to confirm that it was correct. Lynne never returned my call or email. I waited for a few days and reached out to my lead that I worked with and she never received a confirmation. I emailed Lynne again and she stated with email that she wasn't paid. Later the next week, I got the contact person in Lynne's office Christine, and I called to see if I was in the system. My lead Sonya warned me that she wasn't in the system and had to confirm word by word with Christine her address and signature. I later called Christine last week to confirm, but Christine claimed that she did receive any agreement. I had to resend with an updated address to send my checks to. Christine confirmed she received it and would updated in the system. Fast forward a few days and I spoke to Lynne early this week, Lynne said she received it and sent it to an address that was wrong. Lynne argued with me telling me that I put the wrong address and the will have to resend my check (s). I looked up lynne's record and I see she's a rip off!
