Damaged headlight never replaced for new gokart bought

We got the mid xrx trailmaster but the headlight was damaged. April told us they would send us a replacement. They never did. I called and emailed her two weeks later and she said she would get out to the warehouse to look and I never heard back from her. After all the news about this company, I am glad we got the kid's present at all. I would never use there folks again. I know they could care less about that headlight because they are to worried about themselves. They have so many complaints just try to close your jaw.
