On This Date Approxmently I Recieved a Phone Call Stateing I Owed For an Old Payday Loan..& Immediatly Stated That Was Paid Thru My Over draft Fees I Verified this Thru My Credit Union & Credit ReportThis Bill Was Satisfied. These Men threatend Me With Scare tactics So Bad! They Made Me Do a Voice recording of a Promise to Pay. I Repeatedly Told Them I Was On Disability and Was Scratching By. They Made Me Agree to Pay By Debit Card (I Didnt Pay Because of The Red Flags, as In Thier Website..& Fake Attorneys, BBB has No record of The Company), They Threatend Me with Jail, Prison, Loseing My Drivers liscence. So This Week Again. I Get Another call From the Lady Who Recorded me Stating I was Gonna Be Prosecuted if I Dont Pay? This Has Got To Stop. Please Help Us. Law Abiding Citizens
