Like Teresa, I filled out a short survey that popped up after ordering on Amazon in December. It offered a "free" gift which I selected for the cost of shipping and handling.in reviewing my credit card bill I saw $49 and $98 entries for the free stud earrings and a watch I received.

These pop ups are meant to be deceiving, otherwise the important details would not be hidden in fine print! I called the phone number listed on my bill next to "watches" and was told my contract would be cancelled. Today I received a package with "Kate Winston Stud Earrings AS" printed on the envelope. I am sending it back unopened with "REFUSED" and "RETURN FOR CREDIT" on the package. The Better Business Bureau should be notified of this scam.
