One year anniversary SUV loan, NO registration NO plates, from bungled loan

One year of calls, faxes, complaints to DMV Distric Attorney of Santa Clara, Ca, finally in desparation my attorney, attempted for WFDS to clear lien on our vehicle which they negligently paid out of business dealer Thirty Eight Thousand dollars, without obtaining TITLE from him. They said: Cheaper To buy us out than pay lien. We want our vehicle purchased to transport my 78 year old husband, recovering from a stroke, and our business supplies.

NBC news team, investigating dealer, contacted WFDS about our plight, we believe, only this prompted WFDS to offer to clear lien, on CONDITION we sign another contract clearing WFDSof any wrongdoing. We have their apology for OUR SUFFERING, but wil not sign another contract with WFDS who has not lived up to out contract of 1/11.

WFDS wants to avoid ADVERSE PUBLICITYWe Faithfully pay each month. We want them to Pay Lien, and honor our contract. We PRAY this will never happen to anyone else. We are 35 year loyal customers of WELLS FARGO BANK and deserve to have our title cleared without BLACKMAIL EXTORTION from WFDS to finally get what we pay for.
