I had an online layaway with KMART. I paid it off on January 4. I have not received my merchandise. I have called them MULTIPLE times and get the run around as they tell me they have reported it and will let me know in 24-48 hours. No such communication from them to date. I have emailed them and get the same response, 5-7 business days each time. They indicate they are researching the issue. I am not sure what the issue is as I paid them for my layaway and have the receipts they sent me! I am 58 years old and am beside myself and dont know what to do at this point. Please help!
