$30.00 was taken from my account on 11/08 for a processing fee on a loan I did not get. And Loan Tree refuses to refund my money after calling several times. I never authorized them to take the money out of my account. The web site is always blocked now and I cannot get a phone call through, they say to log into the support line because of the high call volume. I want my money back.
