Was contacted by Andrew Palm who gave me 3 BPO's to complete and promised that one would turn into a listing... They seemed very professional and I signed a master agreement... They told me that I needed to pay $349 bond to be returned when the listing (sale) closed... I told them I would pay when I got the listing but they charged my account immediately... I read the complaints but there were some who were successfully doing business with them so I went ahead... Now their website is down and their phone is disconnected...
