I found a link on a Bing search for a song I wanted and when I hit the link I was directed to a site called Direct Download (I think). They requested $US1.98 for a trial membership. My Visa was charged $CAD4.09 and I couldn't download the song anyway. Today I discovered a new charge for $CAD70.69 which is unauthorized by me. Both charges are payable to DWNLD-SOLUTIONS.com. I have contacted Visa.
