The watch clasps does not have holes - only dimples - I cannot wear the watch without it falling off - I emailed customer service and received this email:
"Thanks for your e-mail - please be assured that we will rectify this issue with your order to your complete satisfaction.
Can you kindly provide me with a picture of the problem area on the watch? We will have this problem rectified for you at once."
I sent the requested pictures and cannot get a response to my problem - I would advise staying away from this company.
