Eplied to a tractor for sale on used Vancouver went through the whole negotiating process and I was instructed to send money through Western Union based on this poorly designed invoice I was sent from this Amazon FPS... I could small a rat from the beginning because the tractor was selling for a fraction of its value... Name of person I was buying from was supposedly Jessica Hale
