I ordered and paid for Pandora beads through this company's Facebook site on 27/12, funds were taken from my bank on 28/12. I was promised delivery within 10 days and I have still not received anything I would like a full refund and some communication from yourselves as to why you are dealing with a company that appears to be crooked and that has fraudulently taken my hard earned money.
